Committee for Coaching and Remedial Class

With an emphasis on fostering a thorough comprehension and
empowering memory techniques for improved retention are the main
goals of the College's Coaching and Remedial Class Committee, which
aims to offer insights and solutions for excellent competitive
examination preparation. The College's Coaching and Remedial Class
Committee seeks to offer advice and tactics for successful competitive
exam preparation. Every department at our college offers remedial
classes to its students. The college website has the timetable for the
same.
This year the Committee has organized following Events:

On 10th September 2024, Department of Geography , Kalindi
College hosted a seminar organized for PW (Physics Wala) at the
Sangam Parishad, where a career coach provided valuable
insights into various career paths and the UPSC exam. The
seminar aimed at guiding students on how to choose the right
career, emphasizing the importance of self reflection and
aligning one’s strengths with career goals. 150 students attended
this seminar.
- A Webinar on "How to Build a Strong CV" was organised by
KaCes, Kalindi College Economics Society on 19th Feb, 2025.
The session was conducted by Mr Amit Poddar from T.I.M.E
Institute and 60 students attended it. The Webinar aimed at
equipping students with essential skills to create an impactful
resume.

A Webinar was organized on 16th march 2025 in collaboration
with the History Department and Dristi IAS, more than 200
students benefitted by this event. Overall, the seminar was an
enriching experience for students looking for guidance on career
planning and UPSC preparation. The career coach’s advice
helped clarify the complexities of UPSC and provided direction
on how to approach such a demanding exam.
